Because the Computer Repair Specialists are committed towards a quality of excellence in servicing our customers, our team has spent many hours in developing and structuring a pricing plan that will undoubtedly benefit not only our company, but our customers as well.

It is important to us that all of our customers understand that these prices reflect our overall operational, production, marketing, and administration costs.

Our pricing plan is as follows in Canadian funds;

• A minimum rate of $30.00 per service call. This rate is based on a customer requiring our services and the service is under 45 minutes in duration from the time we enter the customers home until the completion of the service. Not including traveling time.
• An hourly rate of $65.00 per hour. This rate is based on a customer requiring our services and the service is over 45 minutes in duration from the time we enter the customers home until the completion of the service. Not including traveling time.
• A rate of $45.00 for delivery, setup and installation for a desktop computer system, new or used. Includes traveling time. Not including Internet setup.
• A rate of $40.00 for setting up a single Internet connection using an ISP of the customers choice.
• A rate of $75.00 for setting up and installing a network for up to 4 computers.  Must meet ISP requirements.

• A rate of $50.00 per hour for software and hardware tutorials on a one to one basis.
• A rate of $60.00 per hour for software and hardware tutorials for 2 students.
• A rate of $75.00 per hour for software and hardware tutorials from 3 to 5 students.

• A minimum rate of $10.00 for traveling time up to 30 minutes, one way. A $10.00 charge also applies for the return trip of up to 30 minutes.
• A rate of $20.00 for traveling time from 31 minutes up to 1 hour, one way. A $20.00 charge also applies for the return trip from 31 minutes up to 1 hour.
• We offer free consultation over the phone for all of our customers.
